Trisodium Phosphate is a highly stable hygroscopic powdered compound which is incompatible with heavy metals and strong acids. It physically appears as a fine crystalline free flowing powder with a density of 2.536 gram per cubic centimeters at a temperature of 17.5 degree Celsius in anhydrous form. It can be used in food industries, pharmalogy, biochemistry and other areas. It is insoluble in ethanol but slight soluble in water with a solubility rate of 12 grams per 100 milliliters at 20 degree Celsius.
